CX Crickex Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Account Registration and Security

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

CX Crickex operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, and withdrawals are processed in PKR with no currency conversion or exchange rate applied. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Withdrawal to the Same Method: CX Crickex operates a same-source withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and cannot be waived.

• Withdrawal Processing: CX Crickex targets a withdrawal processing time of under four minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed on the same business day if submitted before 10 PM PKT. CX Crickex does not impose additional processing delays, but your bank or wallet provider may apply their own standard transfer times.

• Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals cannot be processed while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on your cx crickex account. Complete the applicable wagering requirement first, or contact support to discuss forfeiting any unconverted bonus balance.

• Verification Before Withdrawal: CX Crickex reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Where verification documents are requested, the withdrawal will be held in a pending state until the verification is successfully completed.

• PKR Denominated Only: All balances, bets, payouts, and bonuses on cx crickex are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. CX Crickex does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or any other financial instrument.

Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets

CX Crickex offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the promotion announcement. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Standard Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all cx crickex bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before any balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. Andar Bahar and Ludo Games typically contribute 50%. • Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire automatically. CX Crickex will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

• Abuse Detection: CX Crickex employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns including systematic low-risk betting designed purely to clear wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting") may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on cx crickex. They exist to ensure consistency, fairness, and clear resolution of any dispute that may arise.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding on cx crickex once it has been accepted by our system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed during server downtime, system errors, or connectivity interruptions that do not receive a confirmation reference are not considered valid bets.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each cx crickex game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake, displayed in the interface before you confirm your bet. CX Crickex reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Voided bets are returned as the original stake.

• Result Finality: All game and sports results are final once the event has concluded and the result has been officially confirmed in the cx crickex system. CX Crickex does not reverse results based on subjective disagreement with the outcome of a legitimately concluded event.

• Accumulator Rules: In accumulator bets, if one or more selections are voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at revised odds. If all selections are voided, the full stake is returned. CX Crickex does not pay out accumulator bonuses on bets where any leg has been voided.

• Network Interruption: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game session, the outcome of that round is determined by the server-side result, which is independent of your connection status. CX Crickex is not liable for losses resulting from your own connectivity issues.

Account Closure and Termination

CX Crickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; provision of false identity information; failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe; detection of activity consistent with problem gambling where the player has not engaged with responsible gaming outreach; or at the sole discretion of cx crickex where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's policies or applicable regulations.

Where an account is closed by cx crickex due to breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free bets, and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. The original deposited balance (net of losses) may be returned at cx crickex's discretion following a compliance review.

Limitation of Liability

CX Crickex provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, cx crickex does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for temporary outages caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx crickex's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. CX Crickex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or loss of opportunity.

CX Crickex is not responsible for any losses resulting from: your failure to secure your account credentials; third-party payment provider delays; your use of the platform in breach of these Terms; force majeure events; or any regulatory or legal changes that require cx crickex to restrict access to the platform.

Changes to These Terms

CX Crickex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cx crickex will notify registered players by email and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and is always updated when changes are made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using cx crickex and request account closure before the changes take effect. Continued use of cx crickex after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
